Import vehicle preparation report - 2015 Daihatsu Copen Cero LA400K Red (Part 3)
The inspection and maintenance of my 2015 Daihatsu Copen Cero LA400K (red) is complete, and the RORO ship schedule to the UK is likely to be finalised. However, due to the end of the year, it's expected to be a little busier than usual. While we wait, let me explain the equipment on this vehicle. I'll list them in order of price, from most expensive to least expensive.
TRD Performance Dampers (Front & Rear)
These parts are planned and sold by TRD, but manufactured by Yamaha Motor. This technology absorbs body deformation and unpleasant vibrations during driving, improving ride comfort and handling stability. These are different parts from the MCB (Multi-Covered Brake) planned and sold by DSPORT, both in terms of manufacturing company and technology.
BBS Wheels (Silver)
These wheels are a manufacturer option specifically sized for the Copen. The tire and rim sizes are the same as the original equipment.
GR Sport Exclusive Body Brace (3-piece set)
In addition to the D_FRAME structure, one of the features of the second-generation Copen, the GR Sport grade is equipped with an additional 3-piece body brace set, which is already installed on this Cero. It appears the previous owner added it. This also improves the underbody aerodynamics.
French-made FOCAL Sound Speakers & Woofer
Products from a high-end French speaker manufacturer are installed.
DSPORT Seat Covers (Left and Right Set)
Luxurious seat covers, partially using Alcantara, are fitted. They are in excellent condition.
DSPORT x 5Zigen Muffler
A beautiful muffler with a blue titanium tip is installed.
Furthermore, the car has a front lip spoiler (genuine), TRD Door Stabilisers, TRD shift knob, Decals, License plate garnish, Fuel lid garnish, Door handle protector, and interior and door panels with Alcantara cloth for a luxurious feel. These features suggest the car was very well cared for.
To acquire all of these features new would be quite expensive, so this vehicle is a great buy!
