Since its launch in 1988, the ‘Push'n Valve’ series has been produced under a thorough management system based on strict control standards, building a long-standing sales record. The piston clearance, the heart of the ‘Push'n Valve’, maintains a precision of 2/100 of a millimetre, the same precision as the piston clearance of an automobile engine, and continues to be produced with a product tolerance of 5/1000 of a millimetre.

For a healthier turbine and a more responsive engine
In turbocharged vehicles, residual turbo pressure generated when the accelerator is released causes the turbine impeller to rotate in the opposite direction, inevitably putting strain on the turbo. This strain can cause severe damage to the turbo, such as twisting the turbine shaft.
‘Push'n RSS’ eliminates the residual pressure that can damage the turbo by preventing it from flowing backwards. It also features a passage that returns residual pressure to the intake, reusing the pressure to rotate the turbine impeller in the correct direction. This innovative method reduces turbo time lag and improves response.
In addition, while the stock blow-off valve can release turbo compression pressure at high boost levels, resulting in a loss of power, ‘Push'n RSS’ maintains stable compression pressure even at high boost levels, preventing a loss of power.
J-MOT Compliant
The defining feature of the ‘Push’n RSS’ is its vehicle inspection compliance (J-MOT). It can easily be used for both track and street use. By attaching the included vehicle inspection-compliant cap, residual pressure, including blow-by, is returned to the intake without being released to the atmosphere, ensuring safety for public road use and vehicle inspections. By removing the vehicle inspection-compliant cap, the residual pressure is released into the atmosphere through the funnel. When released, our unique, race-like, large-capacity sound reverberates inside and outside the vehicle, giving you the feeling of a tuned car.
Do not drive on public roads with the vehicle inspection-compliant cap removed.
When the vehicle inspection-compliant cap is installed, regularly check the cap for looseness or play.
No residual pressure release noise is generated when the vehicle inspection-compliant cap is installed.
When installing the vehicle inspection-compliant cap, if the mounting bolts are tightened too much, the funnel may come off the ‘Push’n RSS’ body. Please install with extreme care to prevent this from happening.
