Import vehicle preparation report - 2015 Daihatsu Copen Xplay LA400K Khaki (Part 5)
The long-awaited rare model, a khaki-colored Daihatsu Copen XPLAY, arrived last week.
We prepared the vehicle for its MOT test and then took it to the local MOT centre. Of course, there are no issues.
The next step was to register the vehicle with the DVLA. How to do? The V55 form must be prepared and sent to DVLA with the MOT certificate, export certificate, and a cheque for the registration fees and road tax. It is highly recommended that the mail be sent via special delivery or an equivalent safe method.
Typically, the logbook (V5C) arrives within three weeks. In the meantime, we will continue to prepare the car.
