IAT Sensor Relocation Kit

Our IAT sensor relocation kit has received very positive feedback.

This product is intended for installation at our workshop, so we do not provide DIY instructions. We strongly recommend that a professional shop with appropriate knowledge and experience perform the installation, as improper installation can lead to secondary air leaks.

Regarding the installation location for the IAT sensor relocation kit, the S2000 has relatively ample space in the engine bay; however, the actual options for sensor relocation are limited.

This does not apply to customers who have removed the vacuum system, including the air pump, because the air pump solenoid is located in the airbox and can hinder installation. (Air pump deletion kit)

While it’s possible to change the intake hose (elbow) to an AP2-type and utilise the sensor hole on it, our customers feel it’s unnecessary to invest in the AP2 hose. Therefore, we recommend removing the vacuum system and air pump altogether. This will not only tidy up the engine area but also reduce the car's weight by about 3 kg.

Here's an example from our demo car: it’s almost completely stock but still has a modified appearance, wouldn’t you agree?

See you next time!
