Big Rotor Kit (£ ask)
This kit features 6-piston opposed callipers and dedicated large rotors compatible with stock Copen wheels.
A unique 6-piston calliper with high braking performance, designed to be the largest size available for the Copen.
High-rigidity forged aluminium body (standard calliper colour: gold, limited edition SP01: solid red and white).
The dedicated brake pads have an optimum temperature range of 50°C to 700°C, covering both street and circuit use.
The kit includes 2x front callipers, 2x front rotors, 2x dedicated front pads, 2x front brake hoses, and 8x hub bolts.
Calliper (including brake pad) weighs approximately 2.1 kg, while Rotor (including hub bolts) weighs approximately 3.9 kg.
Front Brake Rotor - Type-R (£ ask)
It has a high carbon content, providing 30% more braking power, 20% less pad wear, and 30% greater crack resistance than stock brakes. Six slits are designed to reduce brake pad squeal, wear, and gas removal, providing stable braking performance for both street and track driving. The slits are optimised for width, angle, and depth. Slits are offset between the outside and inside to reduce judder. The slits rotate in the opposite direction to maximise brake pad performance. The centre bell is painted yellow and features the D-SPORT logo. Diameter 246mm / Thickness 17mm.
Front Brake Rotor - Type-S (£ ask)
Compared to stock brake pads, this rotor offers 20% more braking power, 20% less pad wear, and 10% more crack resistance. It features six slits designed to reduce brake pad squeal, wear, and gas removal, which provides stable braking performance for both street and track driving. The slits are optimised for width, angle, and depth. Additionally, the slits are offset between the outside and inside of the rotors to reduce judder. The brake rotors rotate in the opposite direction to maximise brake pad performance. The centre bell is painted yellow and features the D-SPORT logo.

Stain-mesh Brake Line Kit (£ ask)
The stainless steel mesh brake hoses feature a DuPont Teflon inner hose, a stainless steel mesh inner hose, and a plastic-coated outer hose for improved transmission efficiency and direct pedal feel. The hose ends are permanently attached (crimped) to prevent brake fluid leaks and ensure high safety. Made of corrosion-resistant steel, the crimped section is covered with a sleeve for added strength. Allowing for secure bolt-on installation. High safety standards are met, including JIS standard (D2601) tests for tensile strength, burst strength, pressure resistance, and whip.
Stain-mesh Brake Line Rear Only (£ ask)
This rear hose set is available separately for those using the Big Rotor Kit. Black smoke colour to match the dedicated brake hose included with the Big Rotor kit.
Front Brake Pad - Competition (£ ask)
High-performance type designed for a wide range of driving situations, from city driving to track driving. Suitable temperature range: 0°C to 500°C, with a non-asbestos surface material.
Front Brake Pad - Sports (£ ask)
Sports-type feel similar to stock brakes, but offer a large safety margin. Suitable temperature range: 0°C to 400°C, with a non-asbestos surface material.
