The kit consists of the Reinforced Clutch Cover Type-II, Super Non-Asbestos Clutch Pressure Plate Type-II, Reinforced Release Bearing, and Lightweight Flywheel.
Reinforced Clutch Cover Type-II
The cover clamping force is 3,900 Nm, compatible with engine torque up to 150 Nm. The DSPORT reinforced clutch cover enhances transmission power with a clamping force of 3,900 Nm, over 40% greater than the stock clutch cover, while maintaining the stock thickness and ensuring high pressure.
Super Non-Asbestos Clutch Pressure Plate Type-II
It is made of lightweight, high-strength fibre. This newly developed fibre-based wear material provides excellent heat resistance, recovery, burst strength, a stable friction coefficient, and operability (half-clutch performance). With a high friction coefficient comparable to that of metal, disc performance is maintained at a high level under any condition. It is made of a material with excellent wear resistance and high temperature resistance, achieving outstanding durability.
Reinforced Release Bearing
This reinforced release bearing solves the sluggish movement that occurs when using a stock release bearing with a reinforced clutch. By specially designing the bearing to facilitate easy disassembly, the tapered tip ensures consistent contact with the diaphragm spring at any angle, while also providing an appropriate sleeve height. This ensures smooth clutch pedal movement. While stock bearings are made of a composite of metal and resin, this one-piece metal bearing increases fracture strength. The increased strength of the bearing itself results in high durability.
Lightweight Flywheel
It is made of lightweight, high-strength, high-carbon steel with a reduced moment of inertia, prioritising engine response at high RPMs during sporty driving. It improves throttle response and enables quicker shifting.
